Pa Michael aikhaemen omnibus is Nigerian first lab our leader for half of this century, he was thick trade of unionism .a leader of populist and mass oriented political parties Imoudu is from Oke Ora of present day Edo state he is a product of Ora government school and Onitha catholic school .
He mooted the idea of a union to allay grievances as an apprentice turner at the Nigerian railway corporation Lagos from that he never relented in mobilizing other workers fir better condition of service
Popular known as Nigerian lab our leader no 1 the man marked his 97th birthday anniversary last September, an author once described him as seizing the opportunity of an inflationary spiral depressing wages and unregulated unsatisfactory work condition to mobilize workers for subsequent agitation to pay rise .he came into national prominence for leading the highly successful general strike of June 1945 following the great depression of 1931 in the metropolitan countries and in the colonies ,pa Imodu organized and got registered the railways workers union .the mission was to stop the movement of production capital used to established commerce and assemble exploration and extraction of resource machinery .
He was so much committed to his first that he reportedly gave half of his salary to sponsor trade union activities .having spent so much on unionism ,he was unable to build a house of his own after 50 yrs of lab our.
